Layout Design of Integrated Circuit
Layout Design is a creation in the form of three-dimensional placement plan of various elements, at least one of these elements is an active element, as well as part or all interconnections in an Integrated Circuit and placement of the three-dimensional are intended to prepare for the manufacture of Integrated Circuits.
